How do I connect my STRAVA account?
Open the app and tap "Connect with STRAVA". You'll be redirected to STRAVA's website to authorize the connection. Once authorized, you'll be returned to the app and can access your activities.
Why can't I see my recent activities?
Make sure your activity is set to "Everyone" or "Followers" visibility on STRAVA. Private activities cannot be accessed by third-party apps. The app is limited to pull data every 10 minutes for rate limits, so in case the activity doesn't show up, please wait a few minutes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data processing happens locally on your device. We do not store your STRAVA data or photos on any external servers. Your authentication is handled securely through iOS Keychain.
Why does the app need access to my photos?
Photo access is required to select images from your camera roll to combine with your STRAVA activity data. Your photos are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers.
Can I customize the story design?
Yes! strv2ig offers various templates and customization options. You can choose different layouts, colors, and which activity stats to display.
The app crashed. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us at strv2ig@gmail.com with details about what happened.
